Even after I checked out, I was treated wonderfully by the kind and attentive staff. I really recommend staying at this hotel and going to its restaurant. The food was excellent. You have to try the risotto, it's absolutely delicious!

A local shopkeeper recommended my first visit to Osteria Ticino, saying the food was good and authentic. She was right. I went by myself, though, so sadly couldn't sample a variety of dishes. The pizza was really good. If you love pizza, this place is a must visit!

The osteria downstairs had a cozy, warm atmosphere, and the dinner we had there one night was delicious. It was one of the best meals we've had in Switzerland, with friendly service and prices that seemed okay for Switzerland. We spent three nights at this wonderful little hotel. Our top-floor room had a spacious balcony. It was a bit worn but nice and clean, and the staff and service were very friendly. Don't miss the free bus ticket for tourists, you can get it from the staff. We'll definitely be back.

The restaurant felt calm and welcoming, and the staff were really friendly. You can pick any pizza on the menu and ask for the black dough. I recommend trying it. I'd never had black pizza before. It tastes the same, though weirdly it looks healthier! Grazie mille!

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and helped arrange breakfast when we needed to leave early. The hotel is very expensive for what you get, though. Our room was small and outdated, with no climate control. We were given one 0.33-liter bottle of water to share.
