The owner was there, looking after every detail and sorting out any issues. The service from the whole staff was exceptional, with everyone going out of their way to help and doing so with a smile. You can see the care in every corner of the hotel. After a day skiing, the spa was a relaxing oasis, and the restaurant served exquisite food showcasing local and international cuisine. Our stay at this newly renovated boutique hotel in Switzerland was spectacular from the moment we arrived. It was full of comfort and luxury, and every detail made the experience special. Breakfast was good, and the beds were really comfortable. The rooms were clean and decent too. Shame there was no air conditioning.

I paid 266 euros and was there alone with two kids. We had an accident during the night, but about five minutes later the staff member was already complaining about breakfast because she was on her own. She didn't seem to understand that we needed to sleep at 6 a.m. and weren't reading the breakfast hours. She was really arrogant.

The staff were so kind and helpful, and we liked them a lot. Still, we're never coming back. The room was like an oven, and although the mattress was fairly comfortable, the pillows and bedding seemed to have something like plastic underneath. It was noisy and annoying. Everything at the restaurant was really expensive, and at 15 euros per person, breakfast felt like a joke.
