The owner was wonderfully kind and responsive. The hotel is one of the nicest, with clean, spacious rooms that are modern and have everything you need. Much admiration for that.

Four windows in our room all looked out over the mountains, and there was free parking right outside. It felt like home. The owner greeted us warmly, even though we arrived after 9 pm.

We felt at home the whole time and are already looking forward to coming back. The room was modern and very clean, with everything we needed, a comfortable bed, and a lovely view. The staff were attentive and so friendly, and gave us a warm welcome and useful tips about the area. You can tell the whole team really cares about hospitality.

The hosts were so kind and accommodating, and the new rooms are lovely, with comfortable beds and separate shower and toilet. There are plenty of good places to visit nearby: Leukerbad Thermal Baths are 10 minutes away, the Steg Thermal Springs Trail is close to a bus stop directly opposite, and Lac Souterrain de St-Leonard is about a 30-minute drive. I’d happily come back. Thanks so much for everything.

We booked through Airbnb in early December 2024 for a stay in mid-August 2025, then got a cancellation notice in early July 2025 saying the rental agreement had been terminated. That’s hard to believe when the place is still listed on Booking.com. If you need somewhere reliable, I wouldn’t book here.
