We had a great stay. Our roomy, clean family room in the guesthouse was nicely decorated. The friendly staff served a delicious dinner and breakfast at the hotel 700 meters up the road, in a really relaxed atmosphere. I muddled up the bill myself, and the staff were so easygoing and kind about it. Definitely worth a stay!

We were lucky to get a room upgrade since one was available, and the view from the window was gorgeous, with the traditional tiled roofs, the rolling Malcantone hills, and a lovely sunset. The place has so much charm, the rooms are tastefully furnished, and the host was very helpful.

Mr. Sommaruga, the owner, was kind and funny while sharing tips about things to see nearby. We had a wonderful time at this peaceful guesthouse, only 10 minutes from the center of Lugano. Our room was roomy, spotless, and beautifully decorated, and breakfast was excellent, with fresh local products. Definitely a place worth visiting.

Arosio is a lovely place to stay 😊 The host greeted us warmly and offered helpful advice. Every room has its own carefully chosen style, while the shared spaces feel like a museum, filled with both original and modern paintings and sculptures.
