The view was the one good thing about this place. The hostess was very unfriendly and couldn't show us around or explain how the stay worked. She spoke no English, which made communication really hard. She lives above the residence, so there was no privacy and it felt like she watched everything we did. The pool was poor, there was no wardrobe for our clothes, and we couldn't operate the awning ourselves, leaving us in the sun. With no air conditioning, hot days meant sweating, and without an insect screen the bugs in the room were a real nuisance. It isn't suitable for children at all. I wouldn't recommend staying here. This residence gives Switzerland a bad name.

The landlady was lovely and helpful, and the apartment was fantastic, very clean, and had everything we needed. The lake and mountain views were magnificent.
