The location suited me well, with everything I needed within walking distance. The rooms were clean and updated. I didn’t have any real complaints, though I missed having a fridge and air conditioning, which I enjoy when travelling in the US. I can’t really comment on the service since I’m not sure I saw any staff.

We’ve stayed here three times now and have had several different rooms. Each room and bathroom has been spotless. Breakfast has enough choice, and they also have chilled drinks for a fee in the breakfast room. Different coffee specialties are included in the price.

Good service, and the room was clean and modern. It’s handy as a base for excursions because it’s centrally located. The downside is being right on the main road. With the window open, the noise is really bad, so I’d give it only 3 stars.

The room itself was clean and perfectly adequate, and the 24/7 tea and coffee were a plus. But the breakfast disappointed me: nothing fresh, too much needless plastic packaging, and the food was just edible. The street-facing room was awful for a light sleeper. I couldn’t keep the windows shut at night because the air inside was incredibly stuffy. Check-in and the rest of the process worked, and people complaining about the lack of staff have missed the concept. Still, needing internet for absolutely everything was a major hassle, especially since the website says the app works offline. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, and mobile internet vanished in the stairwell, which was a real pain when the door wouldn’t open. The stay was okay, but I wouldn’t do it again.
