Arbed Living Hotel

It’s a nice, modern hotel, and the mobile door access is a good idea. We stayed just one night, using a bonus from my past travels. If I’d paid the full price, I would have expected a better breakfast, included in the rate, plus welcome water in the room and the usual toiletries. The website doesn’t explain everything, and when you ask questions by WhatsApp or email, you have to wait for replies. Still, it’s a nice place and recommendable.

We were traveling from Italy toward Germany, and Arbed Living Hotel made a handy stop. Free private parking was especially useful for our road trip, and the staff were very supportive, particularly at check-in, which felt welcoming and easy. Our group of three was comfortable in the modern room, and the well-equipped kitchenette made it easy to put together light meals. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend Arbed Living Hotel to other travelers.

The owner’s kindness made this stay memorable, especially since the hotel is set up to feel pretty impersonal. We arrived without the right power adapter and had no time to get to a store before closing. I asked at the coffee bar downstairs, and the manager contacted the owner. He came to our room, figured out what we needed, then found an adapter in his office for us. We were stopping on the way from Bergamo airport into Switzerland. The rooms are more like suites for a longer stay, with a full kitchen, living and dining area, and a very comfortable bedroom. Everything feels sleek and high-tech, maybe a bit too much for us: we couldn’t find the coffee tucked into a little drawer in the machine.

When our car broke down, the staff quickly arranged a taxi to bring my family to the hotel, and communication with them was easy throughout. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. There’s also a bar, restaurant, gym, and indoor swimming pool. We had a great stay, and I highly recommend it.
