During visits with colleagues to my grandmother's home, I repeatedly saw the care team speak to residents disrespectfully and arrogantly, and at times behave aggressively. My grandmother also told me she had been mistreated. A nursing home should treat people with dignity and respect, but this one doesn't.
We felt very at ease here. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the staff were really friendly. It's in a quiet spot, and we'd gladly recommend it.
The new building initially dazzled us, but we soon found that all that glitters isn't gold. When we first visited two years ago, I never expected the amount of trouble we'd have. The nursing home was a complete disaster. As a family, we'd never place anyone there again.
The owner personally came around to greet guests, and the staff served a very good breakfast with a friendly manner. We had a pleasant, clean, quiet, spacious 1.5-room apartment for two. It's close to public transport and plenty of shops, and we'd be happy to return. Hans and Petra
