The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the hotel is well placed near the center of Arosa. Getting to the slopes is easy, almost ski-in/ski-out, with just a short walk. Before we arrived, the welcome emails were useful, and we could arrange extras like ski tickets through the hotel chat. The staff were friendly throughout and made sure I knew how to get to the slopes and around. I really enjoyed my stay at Hohe Promenade and would happily recommend it.

Daniel & Maya have this place running so smoothly, while still making it feel warm and welcoming. The rooms are modern and clean, the dining room is cozy, and both the food and service were excellent. You can choose when each course of your menu is served, too. There's a heated ski room, a large interactive screen with live slope and lift updates, and parking right outside. They can also arrange your skipass months ahead, which makes it much cheaper. For the price and quality in Arosa, this is THE place to stay. I have no complaints about our visit. Thanks, Daniel & Maya, keep it going!

We were comfortable in the room, and the bathroom and shower were great. Breakfast was nice, and luckily they still had a very good dinner for us when we decided at short notice to stay in because of the rain. The church bells next door only rang twice while we were there, on Saturday evening and for the Sunday morning service.

The dining deal is great: everything we ate was excellent and there was plenty of it. I'd definitely recommend full board. The hotel also has pretty wooden decor, clean comfortable beds, hot showers, and a room to warm up winter sports gear. The staff were the friendliest I've ever met. They speak several languages and go out of their way to help with things like renting skis or getting a cab. Even the way they make the beds has a personal touch, but I won't spoil the surprise.
