It’s quiet and beautifully situated a little above Lake Obersee, with a playroom, a great pool, and a play area. You can be on the Squirrel Trail or at the rope park in 5 minutes. The bus stop right outside makes it easy to get around Arosa, and the holiday apartments are wonderful.

The location is really good. The general facilities are fine, though they aren't new, and some apartments have been renovated.
