The new shower and kitchenette couldn't make up for the apartment's poor condition and how noisy it was. We booked the Waldhof 10 apartment through Booking.com or Arosa Holiday, but were very disappointed. Noisy neighbors seemed to be moving chairs late into the morning, and in the morning we'd wake to the neighbor's first shower or toilet. The shower ceiling was already starting to grow mold despite the new shower, and the shower curtain was best left unchecked. The living room lamp hummed loudly, the bed had no cover, and there was just one bedside table. We cut our vacation short after one night and moved to a decent hotel. Management was completely unaccommodating and left us with the bill.
