We spent three nights here at the end of our Swiss vacation and would stay again. The rooms were modern and clean, and both the service and location were wonderful. We hadn't realized our visit overlapped with the jazz festival, so having a view and sound of the action from our balcony was a pleasant surprise. It was also great to be close enough to walk to all the stages. We didn't have a car, and the walk to the bus stop was manageable.

The lake view is amazing, and breakfast was so good it was hard to leave: fresh pastries, freshly squeezed orange juice, and eggs made to order. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed. Marco and the rest of the staff were so welcoming and friendly. I also had the seafood pasta special at dinner, which was delicious. We'll be back soon. 🙂

We only went to the restaurant, where we had a great dinner with excellent service. The risotto con fungi porcini was outstanding.

We had a really enjoyable weekend here, and the balcony views along the lake shore were extraordinary. The restaurant was very good too, with attentive staff and great service. We were upgraded from a double room with a balcony to a superior room with a Loggia balcony. One of our best hotel experiences in Switzerland, and I can fully recommend it.

Whenever we're in Ascona, we make a point of having their coupe dänemark. This was probably our third visit over several years, and the dessert is still delicious. The views are amazing, and the service remains really excellent and friendly. This is just a review of the restaurant's dessert.
