I stayed with my dog, who was welcomed and treated very well. The hotel is in a central spot, close to public transport and a short walk from the lakeside. It was very clean, with cozy decor, and the breakfast buffet was very good for the price. The staff were friendly and nice. I’d definitely come back to Ascona.

Our room was comfortable and had a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary water and sodas. The front desk staff were helpful too, giving us a 24-hour discount coupon for tourist attractions across the region. The hotel is just off the lakefront, and a welcome surprise was air conditioning in every room, though it wasn’t advertised. That was especially appreciated during the hottest season in recent history. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for a vacation in the region.

Parking worked out well, and breakfast was nice. The hotel is close enough to the lake, but also near the main road. The room was nice, though a bit too warm. The air conditioning was noisy and didn’t cool the room much.

It feels more like a four-star hotel dressed up as a three-star. The rooms are really nice and clean, and the location is great. Upper-floor rooms have a lovely view. Staff are friendly and multilingual, and the breakfast buffet is great.

The hotel is in a more residential area, but the lake is only a five-minute walk away. Having a Coop just around the corner is extremely convenient.
