We’ve stayed here four times. It’s a good-value base for exploring the Lago Maggiore area, with the boulevard, a grocery store, and a bakery all an easy walk away. The apartment has an elevator, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, and the kitchen equipment you’d expect, though there’s no washing machine. The beds are roomy and comfortable, even for someone 1.90 tall. You can hear some neighbor noise through the walls. The living room is simple, with a table, sofa, and TV that gets German and Swiss channels. Bring a Chromecast if you want to stream Netflix or similar, and don’t count on the WiFi being very good.

I was here to see a colleague. The apartment is in a central spot, making it easy to walk to both the old town and the lovely promenade by the lake.

We had a really enjoyable stay. The beds were comfortable, and while the sofa bed worked fairly well for one adult, it wouldn’t suit a second. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and everything we needed, and the bathroom offered lots of storage. The entrance, bedroom, and living room were furnished in a very modern style, and the service was nice.

Dear Tanja, we and our parents felt at home again, and we’re already looking forward to coming back 🤗👍. Thanks for everything, Peter & Inge 😉 The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Lake Maggiore, shops, and the pedestrian area and promenade. There are apartments in different sizes, and this time the one-bedroom place was enough for the two of us since we only needed it for sleeping and breakfast. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, a dishwasher, tea towel, and dishcloth. We couldn’t find a toaster, though maybe we missed it 🙈😉. The bathroom had a tub with a shower, lots of storage, towels, and bed linens. In the living room there was a dining table, sofa bed, wardrobe, TV, and radio. We also had a large balcony with a table, chairs, and clothes rack. Parking can be reserved, and there’s an elevator. The service was very friendly.

Check-in and checkout were easy, and the staff were very friendly. The apartment itself was fine, though the kitchen was less appealing and everything in it seemed very old. Its central location was a real plus, with shops, public transport, restaurants, the lake, and mini golf all close by.
