You have to collect the keys from another hotel 1 km away, then enter this building through a dark door at the back. There’s no reception here. I won’t stay here again.

The rooms were unbearably hot at 33 degrees, with no air conditioning at all, and they’re right by a very busy road. There wasn’t any staff to hand over the key either, so we had to travel somewhere else to get it. We booked two rooms: one had coffee but no kettle, the other had a kettle but no coffee. Lol. And the previous guest had left poo unflushed in the toilet. Awful. If I could, I’d give it no stars.

The room was far too hot, and the only way to cool it was with a very noisy fan. The pillows were lumpy and gave no support. Traffic on the busy road kept us from resting, and cars driving over a sewage cover made a sound like a window banging every time they passed. There were lamps all over the room, but none of them were plugged in. In the bathroom, both soap dispensers leaked, the vanity kit was empty, and the sink drain was blocked. We had to pull out the plug by hand. Then, after flushing, the toilet button fell right into the toilet. We shared our feedback while checking out at the end of August, but still haven’t had a response. You can’t really call this a hotel anymore. It was one of the worst places we’ve stayed, especially for 300 euros.

We had only one towel in the room, so we called to ask for more. Franco at reception was incredibly rude. He told us to collect them from another location, didn’t even apologize for the issue, and then hung up on us. None of this was our fault. The whole thing was a terrible experience.
