The manager, Yulia, was wonderful and took all my requests into account. Whenever I had a question, it was handled quickly and efficiently. The hotel itself was good, with a clean, comfortable room that had a kitchen and bathroom. There’s a laundry room too, and having a bus stop right next door was important for me. I recommend it.

We arrived on August 10, 2024, for the night I’d booked on July 28, and found the doors locked because we hadn’t been given an access code. After searching around, I found an email in my junk folder saying the reservation had been canceled that day at 11:00 AM because of a room issue. It came through a messaging portal, not directly from Aparthotel Rössli, and nobody even tried to call me. The whole experience was extremely disappointing. I still haven’t received a refund, and neither my credit card company nor I have managed to reach the hotel by phone or email. The communication and customer service were disastrous. I strongly advise against booking here.

Our booking was canceled just one day before we were due to arrive, apparently for financial reasons. Other guests were staying longer, so we were the ones left in the lurch at short notice. They clearly don’t know what proper business practices look like, and we absolutely can’t recommend this accommodation.
