Chalet Graben

From the balcony, the view of the Eiger North Wall is fantastic, and my family came away with really good memories. The accommodation looked like the photos, and everything was clean. I was concerned by some negative reviews beforehand, but we didn't run into those problems. It may not be widely known among Koreans, but I would recommend it. The entrance door could use some repair. It doesn't cause a major problem, though it can sometimes be difficult to open or close.

The owner was kind and easy to get in touch with. The house was really clean, and I couldn't get enough of the mountain view during my wonderful holiday. I'll definitely come back.

That view, wow! The apartment has wonderful facilities and a great location. My only complaints were the shower curtain and a tonne of crumbs stuck in the couch. They've said they'll sort out the crumbs.

We were able to walk to everything, and sometimes took the bus when we had luggage. The area is lovely, with amazing views, and staying here meant we didn't need to commute elsewhere to see the First, Eiger and Top of Europe. Most of the cable cars are close by, or easy to reach by train from the main station, about a 20-minute walk away. For our two adults and two kids, the recently renovated chalet was a good size, and replies from customer service were quick and effective. It worked perfectly for us and meant we didn't need to hire a car. Check what suits your own needs before deciding.
