The complimentary Pilates class on site was a refreshing bonus during our June 2025 visit. We also loved the groceries and delicious foods waiting for us, and the welcoming team made us feel at home in the apartment and shared spaces. The apartment was beautifully designed and exceptionally comfortable, a lovely place to recover after a long journey. The Hamlet combines the comforts of home with a boutique feel in Geneva, and we're already looking forward to returning.

Sèbastian met us at the nearby carpark and helped with our bags, and fresh baguette and other treats were ready when we arrived. The welcome team were amazing. This hidden gem in the old town is a great base for exploring Geneva, with some excellent restaurants just a short walk away. Highly recommend!

Melody and Sebastian were so kind, friendly and welcoming, and their attention to detail really made a difference. We loved the atmosphere at the hamlet, and our holiday there was absolutely perfect and memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended.

The interior design is fantastic, with distinctive paintings, and much of it was personally created by a family member. I spent five months at the Hamlet Geneva in 2025 and had a very good experience. Its location is outstanding, right next to historic Bourg-de-Four and close to St. Pierre Cathedral. The staff were well above average. Anaëlle, the chief of staff, was always in charge and had everything in hand. She was friendly, kind, reliable, organized and customer centered. The other staff were available too, and even helped with business tasks. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place, six stars out of five!

The team at The Hamlet made our two long stays with our young family feel like coming home. We've visited twice, staying two months each time, and they greeted us like old friends, knew our names and really cared about our stay. On our son's birthday, we came back to find balloons, cake and presents waiting, even though we hadn't mentioned the occasion. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare. The Hamlet is in a beautifully restored historic building in the heart of the Old Town, steps from Place du Bourg-de-Four and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Inside, the old architecture pairs with modern comfort, including top-of-the-line appliances and tasteful mid-century furniture. The accommodations are exquisite. They were incredibly accommodating, whether stocking the apartment with high-end snacks, drinks and chocolates, helping with dry cleaning, or ordering specific appliances on request. The service has more warmth and charm than any big-name chain we've stayed at. Whether you're traveling alone or with family, we can't recommend it highly enough. We want to keep coming back.
