The central location was a real plus, and it’s a great place.

2/10
The rooms were dirty and unsanitary, and when I raised the bedbug problem several times, staff either denied what was happening or did nothing about it. They said they would arrange treatment, but it never happened. I ended up with bites all over my body, and I’m worried about the effect on my health and my loved ones’ health. I strongly advise people to stay elsewhere until the hotel deals with this seriously and professionally.
