We had two adjoining rooms for our young kids, and the staff made the stay especially nice. They were warm, friendly, professional, polished, and helpful. The recently renovated rooms are stylish, and the hotel is centrally placed on the main shopping street with a view of the lake. I travel a lot and can highly recommend it.

The staff were friendly and professional, and the location is hard to beat, near the main shopping street and overlooking the lake. The renovated rooms look elegant while keeping the original style. A wonderful hotel, one of the best I’ve stayed in.

Bright rooms, a peaceful upscale feel, and a classic setting right by Lake Geneva. Breakfast was excellent, and the rooftop bar has one of the city’s nicest views. A comfortable place for a relaxing stay.

10/10
After a grueling transatlantic flight, we arrived exhausted and only hoped to leave our bags in the morning. The staff went out of their way to arrange an early check-in, so we could freshen up and rest right away. It made a huge difference to the start of our trip. Everyone we met was warm, professional, and attentive. Hotel Metropole is also perfectly placed for the lakeside, Old Town, and Christmas market.

The crew are so kind, they really lift the whole building. We stayed in a renewed room and had a really good experience. The location is excellent, too. The only downside was that the rooftop restaurant was closed for renovation, though they still let us go out to see the view.
