The hotel could improve a few things: bringing back breakfast would be fantastic, keycards instead of physical keys would be welcome, and the rooms need better soundproofing. Still, nearly everything else was close to perfect, and I'd highly recommend it and definitely return. Hotel Des Tourelles is a mid-range place with old-style architecture, right in the center of Geneva. Everything is just a stone's throw away, and many rooms look out over the Rhone River. My room had fluffy pillows, a fridge, coffee and tea facilities, a fan available on request, and basic all-purpose bath gel. The best part was the staff. Receptionist Sabrina was very helpful at check-in. Receptionist Joseph patiently answered all my tour package questions, and Receptionists Alex, Marvin and Thomas always chatted with me when I used the microwave. They were accommodating, naturally cheerful and ready to help, true ambassadors for the hotel. They showed me real Swiss hospitality. The river view from the room was another highlight, as you can see in my uploaded photos.

The room had an amazing view and the location was convenient. But what I'll remember most is manager Sabrina helping me recover a gold ring worth CHF1300 that I'd accidentally left behind. I contacted her, and she went to great lengths to find it and arrange for it to be couriered all the way back to my country, Malaysia. Sabrina was super friendly, extremely helpful and showed real integrity. Thank you so much again. You deserve the best.

We stayed over a September 2025 weekend for two nights. From our third-floor room, number 35, we had lovely views across the Rhone river, and the location is hard to beat. The room was a bit small, but it and the bathroom were very clean, with crisp cotton sheets and duvets. Staff were friendly and helpful, even helping us get our luggage into the elevator. Shops, restaurants and public transport are all an easy walk away. We parked in the nearby Finance Ministry parking garage, where the rates were quite reasonable. I'd recommend the place and would definitely stay again.

Somehow, this hotel was an unexpected surprise for an international traveler like me. The rooms are spacious and have great views, and the style feels both classical and renewed. Prices are very decent, the location is excellent, and the staff are super nice. It's my new favourite in Geneva.

The kind, knowledgeable staff and the spectacular views from our room made this a wonderful stay. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are really comfortable. There's no air conditioning, but the breeze and the floor fan they supplied were enough. Maybe the lack of places to eat is why it's rated two stars. Still, it's a definite two thumbs up!
