After a long day of travel, it was such a nice surprise to arrive late and find the spare bed already made up for our young child. The staff were thoughtful, and the breakfast spread was wonderful, with GF choices too. Many thanks.

I almost never post online, but this was the dirtiest hotel bed I’ve seen in five years of travel. There was other people’s hair, spills on the sheets, and the sheets were damaged. I changed them myself just to get through the night sooner. At checkout, nobody said a word, as if this were business as usual. For this hotel category, a dirty bed is unacceptable. Shame on you. The one real positive was Tanguy at reception, who was a candid, nice guy. I’ll be informing the Marriot corporate office. Update: The manager replied, but what he says is flat-out false. An apology would have been enough. He never offered me another room, never asked at checkout if things were alright, and never took any serious steps. He’s making things up in public. Please stop stating falsehoods about events that never happened. This is adding insult to injury, and it’s incredible he’s still in his position. We’ll see what corporate says.

The room and breakfast were both great, and the staff were very accommodating about my room preferences, which I really appreciated. I had a great two-day stay and would strongly recommend the hotel if you’re in Geneva for work.

Alicia at the front desk kindly gave us a room at 7:45 am after our plane arrived at 6:00 am. We took a free bus from the airport using Google Maps, then walked seven minutes from the bus stop with just one small wheeled bag. It’s very convenient, with buses all around the hotel. We didn’t use a taxi or Uber during our two days there. Fresh breakfast and a good stay.
