The spa was a lovely extra, especially on a rainy day, and the hotel felt modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff were really friendly, and being only a few minutes from the train station made getting around easy. I didn’t try breakfast. One thing to keep in mind is there’s no restaurant or evening room service, and most of the nearby food options are Arabian places, which wasn’t ideal for me. I was still happy with my stay.

We needed somewhere near both the train station and Christmas market for our quick trip around Switzerland, and this worked perfectly. Our fifth-floor suite had a spa bath and separate shower room, with a nice amount of space. The lift is a little small, though it wasn’t a big issue. Elea at reception was lovely and spoke French and English. Breakfast cost 18 Swiss francs and had a nice, healthy selection. We were very pleased and would recommend it.

The breakfast was excellent and the spa was great. The gym, though, only has one bike and one walking pad. The rooms look very nice, but they’re too small for two guests. If I could get a larger room, I’d happily come back again and again.

I’ve been staying here for work trips to Geneva for years. It’s right in the middle of a ‘colourful’ district, with some of the best restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms are modern and clean, and the staff are always helpful. A really good choice for business travel.

The carpet looked dirty and poorly maintained, and noise was a problem throughout my one-night stay. The rooms didn’t block sound well, so I struggled to sleep, then housekeeping made a lot of noise in the hallways in the morning and I couldn’t rest. The staff also didn’t feel particularly friendly or welcoming. I left disappointed.
