Front desk staff were pleasant and accommodating, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Really great service. I'd definitely stay here again.

My friend stayed in a room set up for people with special needs, and it suited them perfectly. The hotel is calm and quiet, clean, and the rooms are so comfortable. The staff treat people nicely, and it had everything I needed. I've stayed at lots of other Geneva hotels, even more expensive ones, and this is the best for people in Geneva. They really care about letting you rest. I'll always recommend it.

Breakfast was the highlight of every day, and the croissants were among the best we've tasted. The staff also put together a lovingly prepared early breakfast for us the evening before, so we'd have plenty to eat when we had to leave early the next morning. They checked us in ahead of the usual time because our flight arrived early, and provided the receipts we needed for reimbursement while maintaining their integrity, which we appreciated. The hotel is conveniently located, and the staff were considerate throughout. Highly recommended for a visit to Geneva.

The gym was surprisingly well equipped for a hotel this size, definitely 10/10. The location was convenient, and the rooms at Home Swiss Hotel were clean and functional during Watches and Wonders. But at around €400 a night, I expected more for the money. Breakfast was minimal, with little variety, and the coffee wasn't good. Service was okay but not especially warm. There was no reception at night, which could be inconvenient. It's a decent place, but at that price the value just wasn't there.
