We’ve stayed here for years and have always been completely satisfied. The apartments are well kept, the kitchens modern, and the location suits our needs well. The price for what you get is still good. The only small downside is that the sauna and wellness area feels a bit dated and uncomfortable.

For skiing, the location is ideal, with the gondola only a five-minute walk away. There’s a ski storage room with boot dryers and even a sauna in the house. House Arina is wonderfully clean, and the owners are friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. The house is a bit dated, which is reflected in the very fair prices. The kitchen has everything you need, including a filter coffee machine, and the daily bread delivery worked perfectly.

The room was spacious and very clean, which is the one thing that earns a star. Before we left, though, the host spoke to us in very harsh terms, something I’ve never heard from a host before and never want to hear again. We’ve had many pleasant stays in Samnaun with other hosts, but after this, we won’t be coming back.

The gondola lift is very close to this lovely apartment, and the landlady was really nice. She lent us both a raclette grill and a fondue pot. The sauna was great too.
