Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva

The spa was lovely, with all the amenities ready after a steam, shower, or treatment. Maria in the spa was incredibly kind. Housekeeping also left sweet baked treats in my room every day, and the service throughout was top notch. Even though the hotel was having major renovations during my stay, the noise never got disturbing. It made for a relaxing Geneva getaway. My room looked newly renovated, with a baby blue theme, and the classical European decor is stunning. The Four Seasons brand never disappoints. The people greeting guests at the car were welcoming, helpful, and kind. My only real complaint is that the room felt a bit cramped for the price, though I guess that’s European hotel rooms for you.

The rooms were beautifully done, very clean, and comfortable, with lovely views and a calm feel despite being in the heart of Geneva. We also enjoyed the dining, with high-quality food and excellent service. Staff were attentive and professional, and seemed genuinely committed to making our stay special. From the welcome when we arrived to the thoughtful little details, everything was handled with care. The Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues, Geneva brought timeless elegance together with modern luxury in a way that felt both refined and welcoming. A truly amazing stay from beginning to end, beyond what we expected. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and outstanding hospitality, and look forward to returning.

Nicolas at the bar is a cocktail magician. I’ve travelled around the globe and tried martinis at Mandarin Oriental NY, in London, and at several places in Paris, but this was the best one I’ve ever had. The bar service was excellent. The other things we ordered were high quality and tasty too. The only letdown was the profiterol.

Everything else we ordered was high quality and tasty, but the profiterol was a letdown. They’ve changed it, and the new version wasn’t pleasant to eat. The hard cookies made it quite rigid in taste. I kindly recommend bringing back the previous version. Overall, great hospitality ❤️
