Sagitta Hotel

The staff were extremely friendly, and the location in downtown Geneva, in eaux vives, is good. It’s a fair-quality hotel with spacious rooms, a comfortable bed, and furniture that’s a little tired but okay. The price for the quality is reasonable by Geneva standards, and I’d recommend it for a business stay.

We stayed for three nights and found it very pleasant. The hotel is a bit dated, but it’s clean, and the staff deserve a special mention. Every one of them was a 12/10, helpful, friendly, and courteous. Getting around was easy thanks to excellent public transport links. There’s a Coop supermarket about five minutes away on foot, and the little kitchenette had everything we needed.

The suite was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable, though the furniture and decor were pretty basic. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance, along with good breakfast and shop options. The front desk was very resourceful.

It’s a quiet hotel with spacious rooms, especially upstairs where some have balconies. Service feels like three-star level. Breakfast is good, though the café can get crowded. There are lots of restaurants nearby, the lake is about ten minutes away, and tram and bus stops are very close. A convenient spot for getting to good places around Geneva.
