Breakfast was a highlight, especially the yoghurt bowl station, and the bar staff were lovely and accommodating. The room was nice but a little cramped, so it worked well for a short visit. Getting around was easy too, with the central tram lines about five minutes away and connections to the main train station. Check-in was a bit chaotic because reception staff were putting a new system in place. It wasn’t their fault, and we got two free drink vouchers to make up for the muddle.

The top-floor restaurant and lounge turned into my regular workspace during the trip, and the whole team made the stay feel personal and easy. Omar, Monika, Julie, Alex, and Sascha were especially thoughtful and welcoming. Ruby Claire Hotel Geneva is stylish, comfortable, and in a great spot. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely return. Thanks to everyone for making it memorable.

The cocktails were delicious, and the relaxed atmosphere had us laughing throughout the visit. Otho and Erwan welcomed us so warmly and made us comfortable right away. We had a great time at Ruby Claire Hotel in Geneva and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Geneva.

Jacky gave us a map and pointed out where to go, which was especially helpful on our first visit to Geneva. My Mum and I stayed two nights, and it was our first time there. The staff were welcoming and ready to help with any problems. Dinner was nice, and breakfast had a fresh range of choices for different appetites. Our room was cosy, had good facilities, and even a couple of English TV channels. There wasn’t much drawer space for our things, but we managed around it. We’d definitely stay again.

Jacky was especially friendly and gave us ideas for our first time in the country. Service from everyone was great. The hotel’s theme and room were lovely, with comfortable beds and amazing soaps. There’s lots of shopping and historical activities nearby, and the bar is worth a visit. I loved the Tiffany's drink, it was fresh and floral with citrus notes.
