We stayed here as a family and found the apartment cozy, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed to relax. Shops, restaurants, and public transport were easy to get to, and the location was close to all the things we needed. The host was friendly and quick to respond. Highly recommended for families or anyone after a convenient place to stay.

There was no AC for two days while the temperature was 37°. The excuse was even more frustrating: they said they couldn’t control the technicians responsible for on-site maintenance. They refused a refund even though the room wasn’t usable. I had to spend most of my time out in the street just to breathe. Horrible customer service. I paid over 100€ a night to stay outside!

It’s only a four-minute walk from the train station, and our small room had what we needed for a short stay, especially since we spent most of our time out. We had a great experience and would stay again. A little coffee in the room would have been a nice touch. We also didn’t get our transportation card at check-in, and I had to email several times before receiving the access code.

The location gets a 5, but the service gets a 1, so my rating is 1. There’s no reception desk, and no one answers the phone. The room brochure said we could get money back on the parking ticket if we used a particular garage. After several attempts to reach customer service, I got an email saying that information was obsolete and they wouldn’t refund anything. My car stayed three nights in the garage they named, and I ended up paying the entire parking bill.

Great location, lovely design, and very clean rooms. The one downside is checkout at 10 am, which is too early.
