My room wasn’t clean at all, and one of the bathroom lights was broken, leaving only one working. I accidentally left my lunchbox in the fridge with some medicine for my daughter, but it never turned up. After several conversations, two emails, and going back before my flight, the front desk confirmed housekeeping is handled by an outside supplier, not in house. If you leave something behind in the room, don’t expect to get it back.

They canceled my booking on the day I arrived, saying my payment details were wrong when they weren’t, and they’d ignored all my emails. This hotel is a scam, and the whole experience was extremely disappointing and unreliable. Don’t stay here.

Right across the street from the main train station, so the location is great. The room was basic but clean and quiet. Mine faced the alley at the back.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic, and I absolutely loved staying here. Nawara was the standout, so kind and helpful. Please give her a raise!
