We only had about 24 hours here after arriving at Geneva airport, but it was a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, the rooms were beautifully furnished, and the amenities in the room and around the property were excellent. Breakfast was a treat, with a generous buffet, tasty eggs, and lots of juice and other food and drinks. We also had a great dinner, including excellent scallops. I was thoroughly impressed and would love to come back and explore more of the property.

Our room was spacious, with beautiful views, and the spa facilities were excellent. Jessica was fantastic during my facial, with great service and attention to detail. The teams at the front office and restaurant were welcoming and thoughtful. On our second morning, the staff remembered our breakfast orders from the day before and asked if we wanted the same again. It made us feel recognized. La Réserve Genève made our stay feel special, and I'd bring someone here for a surprise.

The food was delicious, and you could taste the care and quality in every dish. The whole property was spotless, with rooms kept beautifully and immaculately clean. Everyone we met, from the doormen to the waitstaff and housekeeping, was warm and attentive. We loved staying here and will be back.

The food was excellent, especially the Peking duck, which I thought was unbeatable. I also enjoyed the spa and the quiet atmosphere. La Réserve Geneva is calm and elegant, in a beautiful location, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd happily stay again.

The gym stood out for me. Its equipment was modern and varied, the best I've seen in a hotel, and I don't think another hotel in Switzerland has one to match it. I also appreciated the complimentary boat shuttle, which runs on a schedule straight to central Geneva. It's convenient and a lovely way to get out on the lake. Staff were attentive and professional across the hotel, including the valets, reception, concierge, housekeeping, and especially the kind waiters at the Chinese restaurant. The outdoor pool was very good, and breakfast had an impressive choice of fresh, high-quality food. A couple of spa details were less ideal: the indoor pool was good, but there was no hydromassage or hot tub, and the saunas are separated by gender. Couples have to split up to use them, which matters if you like relaxing together. The location, service, and facilities make La Réserve Genève a spectacular luxury hotel and one of the best choices in Switzerland.
