The building is large and has an older style, but we had a fantastic stay. My husband and I arrived frazzled after an eight-hour drive from Barcelona, and Paola gave us such a warm welcome at check-in. Her customer service was exceptional. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, and it was a pleasure being around them. I'd highly recommend this as a place to stay in Geneva.

Breakfast had a good selection, but what stood out was the service, especially from Sarah. She looked after me attentively and quickly, and her passion for the job really showed. I felt genuinely pampered, which made it one of my best experiences being served. Many thanks to her. I'm staying here for the next 7 days and look forward to the same excellent service. I left the Intercontinental feeling great, with a strong sense that the hotel really does go above and beyond for its guests. The whole team made my stay special. Concierge Albert was welcoming and kind when I arrived, and made me feel at home within minutes. At the bar, Sarah was attentive to the details and brought a level of care and friendliness that made each visit more enjoyable. Clotilde also deserves my thanks for overseeing everything with genuine dedication and care.

After a long travel day, we could finally relax and rest, thanks to the warm welcome and fantastic service. The breakfast was phenomenal, and the hotel itself is stunning. The area felt safe, and getting into the city was easy by cab or rideshare. The hotel can arrange a cab for you. We'd absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Geneva.
