Mövenpick Hotel Zuerich-Airport

The place is well located and made a good first impression. The room looked clean at first, but then I found an empty bottle of the mineral water the hotel provides and joggers left by a previous guest. That made me doubt how well it had been cleaned. There were three of us, yet we weren’t given three towels. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Yasmin and Eugene at reception were especially welcoming, friendly, and professional. The complimentary airport shuttle was efficient, and the free welcome drink was a nice touch. We were also pleasantly surprised by a generous room upgrade, which made our stay more comfortable. We had a very enjoyable, smooth visit at Mövenpick Hotel Zürich Airport and would gladly return.

A relaxed, practical place to stay if you’re catching an international flight from Zurich. The rooms are a decent size, and the hotel has a free airport shuttle. We had a positive stay.

The food at the hotel dinner was great, but our server wasn’t very friendly. The front desk staff were extremely nice. I asked how long the airport shuttle took and was told seven minutes, but wasn’t told it makes another pickup stop, adding about 20 minutes. I would’ve chosen an earlier shuttle if I’d known. The reception area looked much nicer than our room. It was dark, with hardly any lighting, and felt dingy and dirty to us. There was rubbish on the floor from a previous guest, and the old, corroded shower nozzle had weak water pressure.
