Amanda at the front desk made a big difference. I arrived quite early thinking I’d just leave my bags, but she checked and managed to get me a room sooner. She also gave me directions into the city and made everything easy. The Hilton Zurich Airport was super convenient, and the whole stay went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The room was comfortable and just what I needed after a long journey. I’d definitely stay again.

The jogging track near the hotel, surrounded by nature, was the highlight for me. Coop and Aldi are nearby, and there’s an executive lounge as well as a nice crew lounge. The breakfast area has a beautiful view. I had a wonderful, comfortable stay at Hilton Zurich. It’s about a 10-minute drive from the airport.

Vasiliki, Fahmi and Carlos were professional, kind and always ready to help. They made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet staff also deserve a mention for their attentive service every morning. The shuttle takes only five minutes, which is handy, but it would be better if it ran more often. It left the hotel at 10 and 40 minutes past each hour. Our room was comfortable and nice, with complimentary tea but no free water. The dinner buffet wasn’t great. We had to leave for the airport before breakfast began at 6am, but at 5:35 the early bird service had nothing to eat, not even croissants or fruit. There was only coffee, which couldn’t be taken onto the shuttle. That was very disappointing. They should make sure croissants are replenished when lots of guests are leaving early.
