The room, spa, view, and breakfast were all lovely. The ladies at the restaurant, reception, and housekeeping were super kind. Can't recommend it enough, we're definitely coming back!

My expensive ski goggles were stolen from the ski room, and the hotel showed no concern or offered any help or compensation. The whole experience was awful. The advertised heating and floor heating didn't work, and we spent the nights freezing while staff acted as if everything was normal. The bathroom door had no lock, so there was no privacy, and the maid came into our room three times in the morning while we were asleep without knocking. The room wasn't cleaned properly, with dusty corners, and the pillow wasn't changed daily. For the price, that's ridiculous. Breakfast tasted old, as if it had been served over and over, and was not fresh or enjoyable. The TV and phone were old, and the phone didn't work. We got no help with transport either. Nobody helped us get from the train station to the hotel, and when we asked about transport for an early 7 a.m. train, we were told the hotel bus didn't run then. Reception closes at 9 p.m., leaving no one to help after that. Poor service, no privacy, bad food, no support, and missing belongings. One of the worst hotel stays I've had. I'd strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

We stayed in a Panorama view room, with excellent views of the Matterhorn. It was clean and spacious, with plenty of room to put our clothes away. Great hotel!

Those daily chocolates on the pillow were a lovely little extra. We loved our three nights in Zermatt, with friendly, helpful staff, a comfortable room, and fantastic Matterhorn views whenever the clouds cleared. We could enjoy the view inside or from the balcony. Breakfast was delicious each morning, with a great selection and very attentive staff. The hotel's location made it easy to walk to restaurants and sights around town, and it was about a 10-minute walk from the train station. We'd happily stay again and highly recommend it.
