We had such a lovely mountain getaway. The chalet was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed, including the basics for cooking. We mostly enjoyed raclette and fondue! Susanne and her family clearly put a lot of care into the place, from its design to the sauna, whirlpool, and steam bath. It’s set away from the busy parts of Zermatt, but getting around was manageable. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the Furi gondola station and roughly 30 minutes into town, or 40 minutes back. We walked fairly fast, though the route is definitely doable. Nearby, Zum See, Bergrestaurant Blatten, and MARMO Restaurant & Chalet were all fantastic and became our favorites.

Hiking was easy to get to from the chalet, and skiing, restaurants, and bars were accessible too. We spent a week here and loved the layout and amenities. The hot tub, sauna, shower, and kitchen were all amazing, and the place had everything we needed. Food was easy to get in the village, and Suzanne could help with that as well. Suzanne & Urban were so helpful with directions and made us feel very welcome.

The views were even better than the photos, and the place was bigger than we expected, with every amenity we could have wanted. Susanne was incredibly friendly and helpful, and her communication and service were excellent. We spent a week here over Christmas and loved the quieter setting for a couple's trip. It’s a short gondola ride from Zermatt, while the village center and all the action are still just a short ski, hike, or gondola ride away. We were impressed by how much the chalet exceeded our expectations. If you get the chance to book, we’d highly recommend it.

For our first trip to Zermatt, this cozy, beautiful chalet was perfect for two. It was ski in/ski out, and Susanne and her team gave us great service and suggestions. We had an incredible time and can’t recommend the place enough.

We’re already looking forward to coming back next year. Residence Yannoe has been our favorite place to stay in Zermatt, with a magical mountain setting and a chalet that’s both beautifully furnished and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable week. Susanne and Aldo made the stay especially memorable, taking care of every detail and providing lots of extra amenities.
