Dorint Airport-Hotel Zürich

Being so close to the airport made travel really convenient, and the soundproofing was fantastic. I also enjoyed the on-site amenities, from the gym to the restaurant, where the meals were delicious. My room was exceptionally clean, modern, and well equipped, with a very comfortable bed, a well-stocked minibar, and high-quality toiletries. The welcoming atmosphere and professional staff made a great first impression. Check-in was smooth, and I felt right at home. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Dorint Airport-Hotel Zürich and would highly recommend it for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I'll definitely return on future visits to Zurich.

The reception team made a great impression. They handled every request quickly, and the bar staff were good too. Housekeeping was less reliable: I had to ask twice for bathrobes, and they brought just one in the end. The hotel is close to the airport, with a tram stop about five minutes away that connects to the main sights. Our room was simple and fine, though it didn’t feel like a four-star hotel. I liked the free water bottle, fridge and safe, but there were no spare pillows or blankets, and we couldn’t adjust the heating or air conditioning. The toilet tissues hadn’t been replenished before we arrived, so we ran out after one night. We skipped breakfast, but had a drink at the bar and got great service. We stayed three nights in early January. It’s a nice, convenient place, and I’d stay again.

We found the bar and bistro a relaxing place to spend time, and the complimentary minibar in our comfort room was a nice extra. I’m not keen on wall-to-wall carpet, though that small detail didn’t spoil the stay. The shuttle to and from the airport was punctual and took about five minutes. Staff were friendly and efficient at check-in and check-out, and in the bar as well. We had a really pleasant stay at Hotel Dorint Airport Zurich, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, easy stop right by Zurich Airport.

The bedding deserves 10 STARS, I slept so well. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, and the airport is super close. A huge thank you to the hotel team for helping sort out my booking and understand my situation at midnight. Everyone was so kind to my daughter and genuinely helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.
