The apartments are tiny for a month-long stay and very expensive for what you get: a noisy street and slow Wi-Fi. Checking out was a nightmare. CityStay emailed the cleaning rules only 6-8 hours before checkout, even though weekly cleaning was included in our room rate. They wanted us to sort plastic and cardboard for garbage disposal and other things. We'd already done basic cleaning before leaving, but afterward they said cleaning a 43 m² apartment needed 8 hours and charged us an extra 200 CHF for the time. Their professionals cleaned every week, yet suddenly the apartment needed extra cleaning. It felt like they were just finding ways to make money. Not recommended. There are cheaper options that involve less stress.

We had a great stay. The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms beautiful. Check-in and checkout were easy, and reception was very responsive. My only complaint is that we could have used more shampoo and shower gel for three people.

The tram stop right outside made getting into the city very easy, just a few stops away. The location is perfect, and the price was reasonable for a short stay in Zurich. The apartment felt cosy and was clean, with a well-equipped kitchen that had a dishwasher and coffee machine. The internet was reliable, and check-in was well organized and convenient. Staff were helpful, and they left us Toblerone in the fridge as a gift.

Overpriced, and it felt like a bad hotel with all the downsides of an Airbnb. They changed the address at the last minute before check-in, the elevator wasn't working, and support was only available remotely.
