The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. Reception and the Brasserie/Bar staff were very friendly, and both the food and service were good. Nice location too. I’d stay again.

Even though it was Christmas, all the staff were so nice, professional, and amazing. I was really surprised by how well they worked. I’ll recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zurich.

I requested a quiet room but was placed right by the corridor door. I heard people coming and going all night, and the church bell opposite rang every 15 minutes until midnight.

The area felt safe, and the #2 tram stops right outside the hotel every 10 minutes. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the staff were nice. But there’s no AC, and it gets too hot in summer, even though they had a fan in the room. There is a heater. The front desk leaves at 8pm, so after that you check yourself in.
