10/10
I was very comfortable here, and as a woman traveling alone I felt safe in both the hotel and the neighborhood. Reception staff were kind, and the rooms were roomy, warm, and very clean. My window had a lovely view, and the area seemed quiet, perhaps because there are universities nearby. It took around 20-25 minutes to walk to the train station, though there are buses nearby. Good value for the price, and I highly recommend it.

The room was small but had what I needed, though the desk wasn't comfortable. The hotel is near the university, and there's a very good Italian restaurant. Breakfast was good, especially the bakery items. The soft-boiled egg cooker was a real blessing.

I hurt myself during the trip, and the staff helped by pointing me to pharmacies open on the weekend. They were lovely and accommodating throughout, and their help turned what could have been a dull trip into a lovely stay.

The bright dining room has a cheerful feel and design touches that reminded me of Italy. Breakfast was incredible, with yogurt, cereal, eggs, fruit, cheese, bread, juice, meat, coffee, tea, and cappuccino. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the modern decor made a nice first impression. My room was very comfortable, with lovely shampoo and soap. There's a lift as well as stairs. A great place for couples, families, or solo travelers like me.

•1H 2026: 5/5 (Excellent). Rodrigo made a strong first impression with his professionalism and hospitality when I arrived to check in. He speaks Chinese fluently and is continuing to improve, so we could chat in both languages. He also took the initiative to suggest places to visit during my stay. I'm glad he's part of the team, and hope management recognizes how much that first interaction matters.
