I found leftovers from previous guests beside the bed, and the floors hadn't been swept, so the room could use a more thorough clean. The bathroom was small but mostly clean. The spacious room felt comfortable, with white furnishings that made it relaxing, and the kitchen had what I needed to make breakfast quickly. I'd stay again if the cleaning improved. WiFi was excellent when it worked, though it took me a while to figure out how to connect.

The WiFi came with no connection instructions, and after we emailed and called the property managers, they didn't reply until after we'd checked out. The place also seemed questionable for cleanliness: the trash can hadn't been emptied before we arrived, and there was no dish soap or bathroom hand soap. The apartment itself was fine and conveniently close to a bus or tram stop, a grocery store, and other shops. Having a mini fridge and kitchen was useful.

I paid far too much for what we got and wouldn't recommend this property. The rooms were dirty in general, and when we arrived the place was a complete mess. After several calls, the cleaner came. She was clearly overwhelmed with work and struggling, so I don't blame her. The organizer, though, seemed to have no idea what they were doing.

The apartment was cheaper than other places in Zurich, and the location was okay. It was warm and clean, but some equipment was missing, including a hair dryer. Check-out was at 11, and the cleaning woman knocked at 10:58 while we were getting ready to leave.

We stayed one night while waiting for a flight home. We had room 101, which was clean and tidy, with a nicely sized bathroom. Check-in was a little confusing, but for what you pay, the apartments are worth it. It would be nice for a stay of a few nights.
