After traveling through the night from Prague, we reached Ibis Styles at 06:45 AM, well before our reservation time, and weren’t sure a room would be ready. Hicham Khalil at reception was incredibly helpful and arranged an early check-in, which was a lifesaver. The room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary tea and coffee, plus the gym and sauna, were a nice bonus. It was an affordable, really comfortable stay close to Zurich HB. 😊♥️

Yamei Wang made a real difference when we ran into booking difficulties beforehand. She proactively helped us sort everything out, and the whole process from booking through check-in went smoothly. Our room was spacious, clean, and perfectly prepared. We’d gladly come back.

Arman made check-in easy and made sure we had what we needed. He was friendly, professional, and especially helpful. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, and the location is convenient. Thanks to Arman and the team for the hospitality. Highly recommended!

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and having everything needed to cook our own food was a handy extra. It’s easy to find and just a short walk from the train station. Cassi & Alexandra gave us a great welcome when we arrived.

We got a room even though we arrived a little before check-in, which was great. The rooms are really nice and super clean, and the location is perfect for Zurich HB. Highly recommend!
