Our room was the only one with a balcony and 3 windows, which worked perfectly for us. The bed was great, and the team were kind and helpful at every turn, doing everything they could to make us comfortable. The neighbourhood is noisy, so it’s hardly a quiet spot, but that didn’t bother us since we were out for 12+ hours a day and exhausted when we got back. It’s about a 15-minute walk on flat ground to the main train station, with shops and restaurants nearby. One thing to know: there’s no lift, and the lowest floor is the 4th, up 7 flights of stairs. Thanks to the team for an amazing, home-from-home experience. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Zürich.

The street can get a bit noisy later on, and there’s no lift. We were on the top floor, so that’s worth knowing before you book. Still, we’d return. The main rail station and the street were within 10 minutes, and the room was immaculate, finished to a high standard, and just right for our needs. The sofa bed opened into a double and was very comfortable, and the pillows were great. There’s no A/C, but the ceiling light and fan moved the air well without making much noise.

The host really made the stay special. He was friendly, quick to respond and genuinely caring, and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. The location is central, so exploring the area and getting what we needed was easy. Our apartment at Deluxe Appart Hotel was spotless, well kept and equipped for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, it was quiet, and the thoughtful layout made it feel like home. Great value for money. We’d definitely come back.

The free minibar was a nice surprise, and the rooms were impeccably clean. We found the self check-in straightforward and hassle-free. Deluxe Zürich Appart & Hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the city during my recent trip to Zurich. I’d like to stay again on my next visit.
