Hotel Landgasthof Wassberg
About this property
The Wassberg hotel is located in quiet surroundings in Forch close to Zurich, and offers you exquisitely designed rooms with nice views as well as fresh seasonal cuisine. Free WiFi is available in all areas. Modern design classics like the Lehni lamp and the Eames Plastic Armchair by Vitra provide for an interesting contrast to the Wassberg's country-style atmosphere. The guest rooms are fitted with parquet flooring of light Canadian maple wood. Whenever possible, organic seasonal produce is used for preparing the tasty dishes. Meat and fish come from farms that respect animal welfare or from wild catch. Ingredients are always fresh and of the highest quality. A large selection of wines are offered to perfectly complement the culinary delights.

Dinner was good, and breakfast was really good too. The rooms were good, and the location for Golf And Country Club Zurich was excellent.

We went in for lunch and the lake view won us over straight away. A helpful host showed us to a table overlooking the water, and the staff were friendly. The restaurant is beautiful, with lovely Swiss decor, and the menu has plenty of choice, including vegetarian options. Everything we ate was fresh and tasty. Would happily recommend it 10/10.

The scenery was beautiful, and the view from the hill was fantastic. A super hotel.

There are a few vegetarian dishes and some great local wine. The traditional restaurant is charming and cozy, with a lovely view. It works well for a group get-together or a romantic occasion.

The food made me so happy, and they treated us guests so well. We had a beautiful, funny evening with a great view and the best company. I’d recommend going there for a holiday, or just to eat at the restaurant. Delightful!
