The little spa and the view were lovely, and breakfast was great. Our room was very clean, and the service was excellent. It takes about a 15-minute walk to reach the center of Thun. Many thanks to Mister Zar for being so kind. We'll definitely come back!

Jamil at reception was so friendly, always greeting us with a smile. Breakfast was good, too. The hotel is in a great spot right by the lake, with a bus stop conveniently next to it. I'll definitely return.

We really enjoyed the Panorama suite. The hotel isn't in the city center, but it's about a 15-minute walk along the lakeside path. There's an amazing park nearby with a fantastic view from its terrace. Special thanks to Mr. Zar for his kindness and hospitality.

The setting and grounds are spectacular, and the wellness spa, sauna, and fitness area are wonderful. The hotel has a lot going for it, but the lack of air conditioning made our summer stay miserable. Even with the windows open and fans running, we were drenched in sweat and had to check out early. If you need AC to feel comfortable, this place won't work for you. With that issue fixed, it would be a five-star experience. The restaurant is expensive and nothing special. I also noticed the hotel uses ChatGPT or AI to answer many reviews, which feels a bit lazy.

We were here for a business conference. The meeting rooms were good and there was a nice range of them. Our room was good as well, and the staff were helpful, attentive, friendly, and professional. We also had access to the lake and could use the roof terrace.
