The reception team made the biggest impression during my five nights here. They were friendly, professional, respectful, and patient with my questions. When something needed fixing, they followed up carefully to make sure it was sorted and I was satisfied. Nina looked after me at reception and helped throughout check-in, handling each challenge with real care and skill. She speaks three languages fluently, which made my stay even easier. I’m grateful for her help, and the management deserves credit for having such a capable, dedicated person on the team. The hotel itself was neat and well maintained, with a pleasant feel. The rooms are simple and don't have things like a mini-fridge or an in-room safe, but they still felt bright, comfortable, and refreshing. Breakfast had a satisfying range and quality. After this experience, I’d choose the hotel again on future trips and hope to return.

I’ve stayed here twice. The first visit was fine, but on the second the reception service was terrible. They need to train their employees better in customer service. For a 3* ibis, it’s good enough, though the price felt a bit high. It is Switzerland, and the location was good.

Getting around on foot was easy from this great city-center location. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were genuinely welcoming and friendly. I had a nice stay and would recommend the hotel to people visiting the area.

I stayed for a few days last week and was especially impressed by how the staff treated me. Everything was exceptionally clean, too. RONI, who looks after breakfast, deserves a mention: he's kind to everyone, always attentive, and ready to help with whatever's needed. You can tell he really cares about his work and helping people. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm back in Geneva.

Breakfast was disappointing, with just two kinds of cheese, and the price felt too high for the service and room. I wouldn't recommend the Ibis Hotel based on this stay. I arrived around 7 AM knowing check-in wasn't until 3 PM. When I asked about getting a good room, the receptionist said she'd give me the first one available and didn't try to address my request. Her manner felt dismissive and unfriendly, which made the wait more frustrating. Once I got into the room, it was uncomfortably cold because the heating wasn't working properly, and there were no face towels.
