We booked directly and got a 15% discount, making an already very competitive rate even better. The hotel sent us the Geneva transport card several days before arrival, so we could use trains, trams, buses and water buses for free. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station, or two tram stops. Our room was spacious, clean and nicely finished, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast had a great selection and was good, though the room for it was a little small.

The garden is charming, a lovely spot to sit with a coffee, and staff were incredibly kind and happy to help with requests. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a good variety, with something for different tastes, though it wasn't an enormous spread. Public transport connections are very convenient, and guests get a free card to travel around the city. The lake is close enough for a five-minute walk to enjoy the view.

The hotel is close to the train station, with friendly staff, good facilities and a nice breakfast. But the poor air conditioning made for a bad night's sleep. It wasn't entirely the hotel's fault, since Geneva's environmental rules require the AC to be limited. Still, Jade could have supplied room fans. My advice is to avoid Geneva in summer.

Hotel Jade & management - Genève made the stay feel relaxing and clean, and the management and team were connected and professional throughout. The service never fell short for me. This is one of the most lovable hotel properties I've experienced, and I can't wait to return. Thank you so much.

The staff are the reason this hotel was alright for me. They're very friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the main train station. The rooms are ok, but the electrics seem ancient and there are no USB A or USB C charging points. It feels like an older hotel that's been done up, and even the lift is minuscule. Breakfast was only about adequate: the cheese slices were dried out each day, the hot food looked supremely unappetizing, and the area was ridiculously cramped and awkward to move through. There was nowhere to put used dishes when going back for other items.
