Breakfast delivered right to the room was a lovely touch, and the staff were very helpful. We could leave our bags after checkout and pick them up after spending the day exploring. It’s a small, lovely hotel in a great spot, and the room was super comfortable.

The staff clearly care about their guests. They sent the free Geneva transportation card several days in advance and followed up more than once to check we’d received it. The location is close to everything, and our room was just the right size. Breakfast arrived in the room right on time, on a large plate packed with food.

The best part was how punctual they were. We asked for breakfast at 7 am, and it arrived exactly then. The hotel was clean, our room was spacious enough, and the receptionist was very friendly. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the lake and city center. I’d recommend staying here.

My room was small but clean and sufficient for me, with its own shower. I hadn’t noticed when booking that the WC was shared, but it was well stocked and kept very clean throughout the day. There were plenty of towels and the sheets were nice. The staff were helpful and accommodating. People had mentioned the lack of AC in earlier reviews. My days were warm, but the room faced north, so keeping the blinds down and using the fan was enough to stay comfortable. For a budget hotel, it’s a good value if you can manage with a little less. The Four Seasons is literally across the street, at five times the price.
