The breakfast buffet was delicious and had plenty of variety. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout, and the hotel combines comfort with a luxurious feel. The rooms are modern, spotless, and have incredibly comfortable beds. We had breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. It’s in a prime spot, an easy, easy, easy walk to the lake and Old Town, yet the hotel itself is quiet. This is my new go-to in Geneva, highly recommend! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I wouldn’t stay at the Warwick Geneva for personal reasons, and I wouldn’t trust it with a professional event again. My company had booked a room there for a few hours for an event. Afterward, while I was on the train home, I realized I’d left a USB flash drive on the table. I called within 15 minutes and asked staff to retrieve it and keep it safe until I could return. The receptionist didn’t seem to understand my concern or show much interest in solving it, and passed the request to a bar employee. He said he was very busy, but promised they’d find the drive and store it safely. I had to take him at his word. A few days later I went back, but the receptionist knew nothing about my call or what had happened and was no help. His superior seemed more capable and willing to act, but nothing came of it. Although I’d notified two employees promptly, the matter had been neglected and no one had passed the information on. The manager eventually told me I’d have to accept that the drive was gone, as though things just vanish. The staff came across as disorganized and unprofessional, with a passive attitude and little commitment to customer service or solving problems. I did everything I could to get someone to take basic steps to recover the device, but no one took responsibility. I’m left with the impression that belongings can disappear there without explanation.

Hi Julien, Thanks for your response and for being willing to support my refund request. You said Booking.com policy was an obstacle, but I’ve now resolved that with them. Booking.com has officially approved the cancellation because my flight was grounded, and I’ve attached our conversation transcript for your records.
