I was only there briefly, but had a great stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The lobby staff stood out, especially Marco and Feven. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they made check-in easy and got the stay off to a good start. I'd consider coming back.

There are lots of good restaurants and handy shops nearby, and the lake is an easy five-minute walk. The room was large, though the view was just a parking lot, if that counts as one. Given how close the hotel is to the train station, I expected that. The staff were okay, but breakfast was lacking. I wouldn't mind booking here again.

Really close to Geneva train station. The receptionists were great and gave us a map with sightseeing spots marked. They even offered an umbrella when it was raining. I'd stay here again if I came back to Geneva!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and spoke English. Getting here was easy too, about a seven-minute ride from the airport and then a short two-minute walk. There are so many restaurants nearby. Such a perfect spot in Geneva.

The location is near the main station, but I felt unsafe there at night. I won't choose this hotel again. The reception staff seemed as if they hated their customers. The woman working there rushed through everything like she wanted to go home, without listening to us. The dark-haired man at reception also felt unwelcoming, with a desperate look on his face the whole time. My biggest regret!
